Pushing through pain is absolutely off limits in NIM, and even muscle soreness is not the goal. After your workout, you should feel that you have done something good for yourself. You should feel strong, elastic, springy and full of energy.

Your NIM benchmark has risen even higher, and you now feel fully prepared for the NIM Advanced Workouts.
